Head Coach

The Head Coach’s for all teams will be hired after all teams have been established. We
are looking for women who have played at the collegiate and/or higher level and have
coaching experience in competitive women’s softball. The more experience the better. It
is important that you understand how to manage elite female athletes, communicate
with a variety of people, and be able to create and stick to a budget.

Ideally, the Head Coach for each team should be from that state, familiar with the culture, weather, and the general layout of their state. The Head Coach will assist in hiring her staff of three. Tentative salary will be $200,000/year.
