Team Director

This position will require someone who excels at research, attention to detail,
organization, and communication with a variety of people. The ideal candidate should
be polite yet persistent and enjoy driving.

You must understand how to manage elite female athletes and be able to create and
stick to a budget. You will work very closely with your Head Coach, your players, the
Board, and the public.

Having a Parks & Recreation background would be beneficial, but a passion for
rebuilding your state is essential. Tentative salary is $250,000/year.
