About AWPS

Thank you for your interest in AWPS and for supporting professional women athletes. We are so honored to give this company to America! 

We have two main goals. One is to provide women athletes with a stage to showcase their amazing talents and pay them accordingly. We will focus on paying our players and employees the type of salaries that are worthy of their talents and skills, allowing them to be full-time athletes, raise their families close to their homes, and pass on their knowledge to the next generation.

Our second goal is sustainability! We will work tirelessly to ensure this league stands the test of time, so it will be available for all future generations. Every player and/or employee will take an Oath that they will, among other things, be honorable, respectful, and work for the next generation of players and/or employees. Our rule of thumb will be, “How does that look in 50 years?”

We will start with 12 professional softball teams from the following 11 Western States: Washington, Oregon, California (two teams), Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, Nevada, Utah, Colorado, Arizona, and New Mexico. We plan to support the NCAA and Little Leagues by remodeling and playing in their stadiums, which will enhance their opportunities for recruitment. Watch as we expand into other states and different sports!

We plan to partner with American companies, both big and small; and create companies we need to support our league. Please revisit our League Employment page regularly for updates on new information and job openings throughout the league.

We are offering our teams to you, our fans. This is one way we will ensure our sustainability. It will also guarantee that our teams will always remain where they are, and our players can stay close to home where they can represent their childhood and/or college communities.

All owners will have many privileges; however, the more donations for shares you make, the more privileges you earn. Owners will have a voice in almost every aspect of AWPS; annually, you will vote on the current issues, have access to our financial records, and enjoy many other perks. Plus, your donation is tax-deductible.
